We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes, and printed results may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printer settings, materials, lighting, application method, surface condition, sealing, and aftercare.

Product images, mockups, lifestyle images, and previews are provided for guidance only. The final result may vary depending on how the product is used.

Some TagKicks artwork may be digitally created or AI-assisted. All product designs are curated and prepared for sneaker customisation use.

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue products at any time without notice.


5. Sneaker Tattoo Paper Use

TagKicks tattoo papers are designed for sneaker customisation. They are not ordinary stickers and they require correct preparation, application, sealing, and aftercare.

For best results, customers should:

  • Use the product on suitable surfaces only.
  • Prepare the sneaker surface properly before application.
  • Follow the instructions provided with the product.
  • Allow the design to dry correctly.
  • Seal the design with a suitable finisher or protective coating where recommended.
  • Avoid excessive water, scratching, rubbing, harsh cleaning, and heavy wear.

We are not responsible for failed results caused by incorrect application, unsuitable materials, poor preparation, lack of sealer or finisher, excessive wear, customer error, storage problems, or use outside the recommended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


6. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been fully accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be processed.
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
  • There is an error in product pricing or description.
  • We are unable to deliver to your address.
  • The order breaches these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.


7. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.


8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes shown on our website or product pages. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs before resending the order.


9. International Orders

If we offer international shipping, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling charges, or local charges that may apply in your country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border checks.

You are responsible for making sure that the products you order can legally be imported and used in your location.


10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For most online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the goods within a further 14 days.

Returned items must usually be unused, uncut, unapplied, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including:

  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Digital products once supplied.
  • Tattoo sheets that have been cut, used, applied, damaged, or altered.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Items damaged through incorrect storage, handling, application, or use.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

11. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@tagkicks.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by incorrect storage, handling, application, cutting, sealing, cleaning, or use.


12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reading the product description before ordering.
  • Checking product suitability before use.
  • Following all instructions provided.
  • Testing on a small area or test surface where appropriate.
  • Using suitable safety precautions when customising sneakers.
  • Keeping products away from children, pets, heat, moisture, and unsuitable storage conditions.
  • Using finishing products, sealers, or prep products safely and according to their own instructions.

TagKicks products are supplied for creative customisation use. Results depend heavily on the user’s skill, materials, surface preparation, and aftercare.


13. Intellectual Property

All TagKicks content, including artwork, product images, product names, website text, logos, designs, graphics, branding, packaging, photography, and digital assets, belongs to TagKicks or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

When you buy a physical tattoo sheet from us, you are buying the physical product only. You are not buying ownership of the artwork, copyright, design rights, brand assets, or digital files.

You may use purchased physical tattoo sheets to customise physical sneakers or similar items for personal use or resale, unless the product page states otherwise.

You must not:

  • Scan, copy, photograph, trace, reproduce, or reprint our designs.
  • Upload our designs to print-on-demand platforms.
  • Sell our artwork as digital files.
  • Resell, redistribute, or manufacture copies of our designs.
  • Use our brand name, logo, packaging, or product images without permission.
  • Claim our artwork or branding as your own.

Unauthorised copying or commercial use of our designs may result in legal action.


14. Third-Party Brands

TagKicks is an independent customisation brand.

Any references to third-party sneaker brands, shoe models, or product names are used only to describe compatibility, inspiration, or intended use.

TagKicks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Nike, adidas, Jordan, New Balance, Puma, or any other third-party brand unless clearly stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own customisation work does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.


15. User Content, Reviews, and Photos

If you send us photos, videos, reviews, feedback, or social media content showing TagKicks products, you confirm that you own or have permission to share that content.

By sharing content with us, tagging us, or giving us permission to use your content, you allow TagKicks to use, repost, display, edit, and share that content for marketing, product pages, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

We may remove or refuse to publish content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate.


16. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website, products, or services:

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery companies, payment providers, website platforms, or service providers.
  • Use of our products outside their intended purpose.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved in that claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

They do not guarantee a specific result. Sneaker customisation involves skill, testing, preparation, and suitable materials.
