Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, limited drops, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
If your order includes made-to-order, custom, or personalised products, the processing time may be longer. Any extended processing time will be shown on the product page or communicated to you where applicable.

We currently ship to addresses available at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently ship there.
We may update our shipping locations at any time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery address, order value, order weight, delivery method, and any active shipping promotions.
If we offer free shipping, the qualifying amount and conditions will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Delivery Times

Delivery may be delayed due to postal or courier delays, customs checks, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, busy periods, or events outside our control.
UK Orders
For UK orders, we aim to use reliable postal or courier services suitable for lightweight printed products, tattoo papers, and customisation supplies.
Typical UK delivery estimates will be shown at checkout where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, tracking details will be included.
International Orders
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling charges, or local charges that may apply in their country.
TagKicks is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected parcels, or additional charges applied by your local authorities.
You are responsible for making sure the products you order can legally be imported and used in your country or region.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
TagKicks is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs before resending the order.
If we are unable to resend the order, we may refund the product cost where appropriate, excluding original shipping costs, unless required otherwise by law.

Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless we choose to send items separately.
Returns and Refunds

For most online purchases in the UK, customers have cancellation rights for change-of-mind returns, subject to conditions. Returned items usually need to be unused, undamaged, and sent back within the required timeframe. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
