At TagKicks, we want every customer to receive high-quality sneaker tattoo papers and artwork made for sneaker customisation. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you would like to return it. After telling us, you then have another 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, unapplied, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any included instructions or accessories.

Please include your order number and a short explanation of your return request.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Tattoo sheets that have been cut, applied, used, damaged, or altered
  • Custom or personalised designs made specifically for your order
  • Digital files or downloadable artwork once supplied
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Any item damaged through incorrect storage, handling, application, or use

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@tagkicks.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Application and durability

TagKicks tattoo papers are designed for sneaker customisation, especially white based leather sneakers. Final results depend on correct preparation, application, sealing, and aftercare.

We are not responsible for failed results caused by incorrect application, poor surface preparation, lack of finisher/sealer, excessive wear, water damage, scratching, or use on unsuitable materials.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost on their way back to us.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please remember that banks and payment providers may take extra time to process the refund.

If you paid for standard delivery, this will be refunded where required. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get another item is to place a new order and return the original item if it qualifies under this policy.
